Ryan Lamb started his multi-million dollar real estate business first as a personal real estate investor while serving his country as a Marine Corps officer. Following his active duty military service and inspired by the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, he set out on a new mission to help educate fellow military veterans and service members on the benefits of homeownership and how to use their VA home loan benefit to create financial freedom through real estate investing. In 2011, he embarked on his real estate career, first getting licensed in California and then expanding his business to Hawaii in 2014. After just 3 short years in Hawaii, Ryan built one of the top teams on the island of Oahu and was recognized as a Top 100 REALTOR® in the state of Hawaii for 2017 by the Hawaii Business Magazine.
As the lead agent of the Lamb Team with List Sotheby's International Realty, Ryan Lamb has created a full-service real estate buying and selling experience. Approaching $50M in real estate transactions brokered between 2016-2017; the Lamb Team has grown into a local resource for all things real estate. Despite the Lamb Team's substantial growth, sales volume, accolades, and success they are absolutely dedicated to each of their clients and continue to creatively and strategically work with everyone to provide personalized service to best meet their individual needs and goals. They strive to position themselves more as real estate consultants, business advisors and professional coaches, not just sales agents. It is their belief that helping someone buy or sell their home is not just a one-time transaction but a lifelong relationship.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Ryan received a Business Marketing degree from Kent State University. This marketing experience has served him well in the real estate industry as he’s set himself and his team apart by incorporating leading edge marketing strategies into their business and producing professional quality lifestyle videos for his client’s properties. Ryan and his team go above and beyond by investing their own money up front for professional staging, video and photography services. He takes it a step further by uniquely marketing their listings on over 100 of top internet sites and social media outlets in order to reach the greatest number of potential buyers or to target very specific demographic groups or affluent buyer profile types when marketing luxury properties.
For me, real estate is an all-consuming passion. There is no greater feeling than assisting clients achieve their real estate goals. I believe in making our clients mission my own mission, conducting business with ethics and integrity and doing whatever it takes to help those I serve. As a former Marine officer and current military spouse, my team and I understand the unique needs of current and former service members when it comes time to purchase or sell a home. I go above and beyond to educate each one of our clients on the sales process and current market trends. I believe my passion for real estate is evident in my personalized and consultative approach when working with all of our clients.
Living between Honolulu and San Diego, Ryan and his wife Natalie, who is an active duty Marine Corps officer and Naval Academy graduate, stay active with their 2 dogs, running marathons, golfing, hiking, paddle boarding, and enjoying all of the outdoor activities that these two incredible cities have to offer. They are actively involved in many organizations, to include being the President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Honolulu Alumni chapter, leading ministry groups at their church and volunteering their time with the local Humane Societies.
