Approx. 62 total acres with 58 acres of Chandler walnuts planted on Class 2 level soils on the south bank of Reeds Creek with paved county road frontage on Willard Road. After deep ripping and leveling for correct drainage, Paradox bare root trees were planted in the spring of 2014. The trees were then grafted to Chandler.
